PROGRAM 2020

This year, after starting on issues related to COVID 19, the program will do a deep-dive into genetic and metabolic drivers of NASH. The program will also examine bile acids-microbiome interaction in the development of disease. The innovation session will provide a platform to discuss next generation technologies and their applications for NASH. The program will also provide updates on pharmacologic treatments of NASH and a Special Lecture on how to revisit the place of liver biopsy in management of patients with NASH.

ACCREDITATION 2020

The 6th Paris NASH Meeting, Paris, France, 22/10/2020-23/10/2020 has been accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®) with 8 European CME credits (ECMEC®s). Each medical specialist should claim only those hours of credit that he/she actually spent in the educational activity.

“Through an agreement between the Union Européenne des Médecins Spécialistes and the American Medical Association, physicians may convert EACCME® credits to an equivalent number of AMA PRA Category 1 Credits TM. Information on the process to convert EACCME® credit to AMA credit can be found at www.ama-assn.org/education/earn-credit-participation-international-activities.

Live educational activities, occurring outside of Canada, recognised by the UEMS-EACCME® for ECMEC®s are deemed to be Accredited Group Learning Activities (Section 1) as defined by the Maintenance of Certification Program of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.

EACCME® credits
Each participant can only receive the number of credits he/she is entitled to according to his/her actual participation at the event once he/she has completed the feedback form. Cf. criteria 9 and 23 of UEMS 2016.20.

CALL FOR ABSTRACTS / POSTER SESSION

The Paris Nash Meeting Scientific Committee invites authors to submit abstracts for poster presentation during the meeting. 
Posters for 6th edition will be presented in Digital format. 

Abstract submission deadline extended for poster presentations: September 18, 2020
Acceptance notification: September 22, 2020

Abstracts will peer reviewed and scored by the Scientific Committee 

If your abstract is accepted, you must register no later than October 2, 2020.

Unless you register by that date, your poster will not be on display during the Paris Nash Meeting.
