Abstract Submission Guidelines

The Paris Mash Meeting Scientific Committee invites authors to submit abstracts for poster presentations during the meeting.

Abstract content
TITLE: Should be in UPPER CASE, a maximum of 15 words, in capitals and bold.
AUTHORS’ NAMES: The presenter must be clearly identified.
AFFILIATIONS: Include all authors' affiliations.
KEYWORDS: Up to 5 keywords.
Structure the body text under the following headings: Objectives, Methods, Results, and Conclusion.
The text should not exceed 350 words.
Do not include the title or author information within the body of the abstract.
Abstract format
Abstracts must be submitted in English.
Only standardized abbreviations are allowed.
Any abbreviation must be defined in brackets the first time it appears in the text.

Abstract presentation
Posters: The dimensions of the poster boards will be communicated upon acceptance of your abstract.
Posters will be displayed throughout the Paris Mash Meeting.

Important Dates
Deadline for Abstract Submission: July 1, 2024
Acceptance Notification: July 15, 2024
Abstracts will be peer-reviewed and scored by the Scientific Committee.
